We design and deliver research tailored to institutional needs, including surveys, monitoring, policy analysis and evaluations. We use both qualitative and quantitative methods and manage the full process, from instrument design and fieldwork to reporting.

We help institutions develop methods for working with social diversity and monitoring outcomes. This includes preparing monitoring tools and methodologies, advising on fieldwork and engagement with target groups, and reviewing tools for quality before use. We work closely with municipalities, the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania, other government agencies, NGOs and the private sector.

We design and deliver structured training and capacity-building programmes for specific groups, including full-day training sessions, seminars and multi-session curricula. Each programme is informed by needs analysis and co-created with participants. We work in Lithuanian, English and Russian, online or in person.

Beyond individual training sessions, we design programmes and events that bring practitioners, municipalities and civil society together around shared challenges. These include multi-day conferences, panel discussions, cross-border study visits, collaboration labs and round tables. Our events showcase good practice, connect stakeholders and help build lasting networks.

We facilitate round tables, stakeholder consultations, working groups and co-creation sessions, and conduct action research focused on practical solutions to real-world problems. Our facilitators are experienced in multilingual, multi-stakeholder settings, including dialogue between affected communities and the institutions that shape policy. This helps marginalised voices be heard and workable solutions emerge. We work in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
