Asmens duomenų tvarkymo tikslas
When VŠĮ Diversity Development Group organizes events (projects, trainings, conferences, discussions, forums, surveys, etc.), your personal data is processed by VŠĮ Diversity Development Group for the following purposes: – for the purpose of registering for events and organizing correspondence; – for the purpose of remote event management; – for the purpose of informing about the activities of VŠĮ Diversity Development Group.
Origin of personal data
We receive your personal data directly from you or from another person who registers you for the event or signs consent for the processing of personal data
Volume of processed personal data
It is not mandatory to participate in the events, however, if you decide to participate, you must provide personal data, because without them, VŠĮ Diversity Development Group cannot register a person for the event and provide conditions for participation in it. For the purpose of registering for the event, VŠĮ Diversity Development Group processes the following data: person’s name, surname, e-mail address. e-mail address and/or other data for communication, and/or necessary for the proper organization of the event. For the purpose of correspondence regarding the organization of the event, VŠĮ Diversity Development Group processes the personal data provided during registration for the event or received directly from the person (name, surname, e-mail and/or other contact details for maintaining communication, information regarding correspondence regarding the organization of the event). During the event, its participants may be filmed and/or photographed. VŠĮ Diversity Development Group may process personal data (image, sound) contained in photos, video and/or audio recordings of events, data received during event registration for the purpose of informing about its activities. Photos, video and/or audio recordings of events can be published publicly on the Internet, on the VŠĮ Diversity Development Group portal, VŠĮ Diversity Development Group social network accounts, and other means of information. When organizing events remotely, video surveillance and audio data, login data, and comments are processed. If the participant turns on the video camera during the event, the participant’s image will be processed, which will be visible to people watching the broadcast or can be used to inform about the event.
Legal basis for processing personal data
When organizing events and informing about them, VŠĮ Diversity Development Group processes personal data in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Point a of the General Data Protection Regulation. When filming and/or photographing children during the event and processing and publishing children’s personal data accordingly, the consent of the child and at least one of his parents or another legal representative is based on the consent of the child, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, point a of the General Data Protection Regulation. In addition, the processing of personal data is based on consent and Article 6, paragraph 1, point a of the General Data Protection Regulation, and in the event that the event participant’s personal data is processed and published while filming and/or taking close-up photos, clearly distinguishing the person from other event participants, except in cases where the event participant is a public person. The event participant’s image and comments in the chat window of the remote event are processed based on the person’s consent, expressed when the person turns on the video camera or writes a comment, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 a of the General Data Protection Regulation
The procedure for storing and destroying personal data
VŠĮ Diversity Development Group stores personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the set goals of personal data processing. Personal data processed for the purpose of event registration, correspondence on event organization issues are stored until the event report is prepared and/or no longer than 30 working days after the end of the event. Personal data is published on the VŠĮ Diversity Development Group portal as long as it satisfies the public’s need to know such information. In social networks, personal data is published and stored in accordance with the procedure and terms set by the managers of social networks. At the end of the personal data storage period, the personal data is destroyed by VŠĮ Diversity Development Group.
Rights of data subjects
You, as a data subject, have the right under the conditions and scope set by the General Data Protection Regulation:
1) receive information about personal data processing;
2) get acquainted with your personal data, which are managed by VŠĮ Diversity Development Group;
3) request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
4) request to limit the processing of your personal data;
5) request deletion of personal data;
6) withdraw your consent at any time and request the termination of further processing of personal data based on consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data based on consent, which is carried out on the basis of consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent carried out before the withdrawal of consent; 7) file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
